Non TD - Serpentine belt replacement '01 Sunfire

    Hey all,

Ok, never did one of these before, and curious how involved/difficult it is to replace a serpentine belt on a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cylinder. Any links/tips/advice? Or should I just take it to the mechanic?

    Thanks!

If its the 2.2 L OHV, You have to lift up the engine, its easier, so put a jack and some wood under the oil pan, remove the right motor mount, lift up, replace belt. Should take about 30 mins.
