CSR Electric Water Pump Group Buy Thread

One of our distributors is a CSR distributor. So we can get them at a discounted price. So, I called my distributor...he couldn't find the PN in his system to quote me. Then I called CSR, and the tech there named David told me that they quit making them over a year ago and have been discontinued with no plans to make them again, and they have none in stock. I have checked their 2 largest distriubtors Jegs and Summit, neither show that part number. If you know of a distributor that actually has them in stock, I would highly recommend getting one now regardless of the price. I bought one for James a few years ago, and he has been very happy with it. But if by some chance you get CSR to make more, I can see what my distrubitor would be willing to do on price.

David told me the same thing. I traded voice mails with CSR's owner and he had a distributor call me direct. They are planning to make a batch, stay tuned.

I would have hoped in this economy there couldn't be too many people breaking down the door for water pumps.
I mean obviously the product is already designed and tooled. I'd be all over this if Jay wasn't twisting my are to repaint my GLH

You can also usually get those on ebay a little cheaper. They are supposed to be bad*ss waterpumps. I've been looking at their controller for a long time.

But, this group buy is for a direct fit replacement for the stocker.
