Andy- After reading some of the other forum posts, I wouldn't expect there to be any money in the account to refund. According to one guy, Paypal cleaned out his account to partially refund the $1250 this guy stole. The rest will go to collections. My guess is so will yours.

I think the "odd bolts" are actually a set of 3/8" extensions or something. Based on the crap I've seen for sale and people have bought on eBay, I wouldn't be surprised if someone would buy that stuff for $15. No one really on this Forum but somebody might!

Maybe you should contact the R.C.M.P. fraud division.In the US this would constitute "wire fraud", since it's international he's "up to his eyeballs in s**t". Chances are they 've had other complaints.

On another level, Ken: maybe you should get some legal advice .Since he/she used this website, can T-M file charges ,or is T-M implicated.

More info: One of his threads was a F/S, it had pictures of a GLH he had for sale. One of the pics showed a plate number in the window. It looks like a temp plate, but since they're disposable it should still be linked to whoever got the plate.

I don't think it's actually Scott, but the guy Scott bought his 91 Spirit from. I would talk to Scott (1quick4 on td.com) and see if he knows how to get in touch with this guy.

Paypal will not refund the money if you got a package. Your credit card company will pull the money from paypal and then paypay will pull it from the seller. That is what my friend did when he got screwed on a turbo sale from someone on td.com.
