    I'm glad that I can tell you: SCOTT DID THE RIGHT THING and I finally got the shelby valve cover!

    It's been welded in both rear corners, not the best weld job but it's ok!
    Packing was nice and it got here really fast!

    If you want the outside to look great, I used a dremel with a metal grinding tip shaped like a ball. Steady hand to not grind too much. My welds are only visible fromt the inside.

    Not quite yet. Remember, Scott is still out the srt4 intercooler he was promised and there's the matter of the other guy that also bought the valve cover without recieving it...

    I had 2 variations for my 2.5L NA motor.
    Variant 1-stripped aluminum with black GFX:

    Worked great, but the bare aluminum was a pain to keep clean, so I stripped it and went with variant #2-polished front side to chrome-like finish, taped off, shot semi-gloss black, then sealed with dullcoat:

    Much easier to keep clean.
