Just for the info, the cheapest plane tickets are tourist with a weird code upgrade like"yz" or something. first class that is cheaper than tourist. I read the td forum with a 1quik4 search. Not our type of people if you take the trouble to check.

I got screwed twice by people that live less then 3 hours away! Everybody that donated money to the "Scott fund" got taken.

The link below is a thread containg all the info for the scam as it unfolded. A person in Austria originally bought an auto part from a scammer in your area. Another resident in your area stepped in as a white knight and supposedly got the part and members of the forum sent money to ship it to the Austrian member. Then the white knight changed the playing rules and wants to keep the money and sell the original part for 1/2 the true value.
You might also discover that the white knight seems to be buying parts from a known car thief and selling them acrooss the border.

IF you see some merit in resolving this situation, I think a fair compromise would be that "1quik4" deliver the valve cover to YOU along with the money Turbomopar members sent him to ship it to the original victim.
