Re: Convert from Sbec2 to Sbec 1

Shouldn't be very hard, imo, I converted my 94' sundance to 90/91 turbo electronics with about 5-10 pinout changes from the engine to dash harness. My guess is there probably isn't very many changes in the daytona either. Get your fsm's out for both years and compare and change accordingly...

And another thing I had to do was wire for the 3 wire speed distance sensor, but I think only 93' and up got those.

I'm doing the same as Jim, a '91 T1 harness into a '93 Sundance. Moving I think 10 wires at most, at the "bulkhead" (really 3 small bulkheads on the p-body).

Hopefully it's as easy on the g-body.

Re: Convert from Sbec2 to Sbec 1

Yeah from the bulk head...you also shouldn't have to butcher, if its anything like the p-bodies you should just be able to pull the pins out and change them around.

well i found both bulkhead pin outs for the cars and wiring and motor i'm working with. so can somebody help me out and tell me what they see and where its gotta go. i have the 92 bulkhead ag body at the firewall and a 90 AQ bulkhead to plug into the Gbody one. both are 50 pins
