Ported 782 head, non cross drilled. Turned out very well. Ideal for applications of stock to 350 WHP.
Work done includes-
Valve deshrouded and chambers polished
bowl area work and opened for max flow and velocity
ports opened substantially, but not so much to compromise velocity
Intake ports taken completely to the gasket on top and sides, floor lowered 1/8'' total.
Exhaust ports taken to ~1/16'' from the gasket or so assuming a fully gasket matched exhaust manifold so there's no reversion.
This head is ported enough to except +1mm valves as well which would bring potential of the head closer to 400 WHP.
Standard hairline cracks between the valves, no stripped bolt holes. Overall good shape except the exhaust valve guides are a little worn for my liking. The intakes are nice and tight though. Comes with stock size turbo valves, retainers, locks, and an assortment of shims. No springs included.
My recommendations are to take head to the machine and have the following work done-
Head cleaned (to get all metal shavings out)
surfaced (nothing wrong with the surface but it's just a good thing to do)
exhaust guides replaced
valve job
assembly
I typically sell these ported heads for $150+ shipping not even including any valves or hardware. I'll take into account the worn guides and sell this for $140 shipped to the lower 48.
Standard price at a machine shop to replace the 4 exhaust guides would be around $50-60 ($10 per guide plus the price of the guide ~$3 each)
I ran a conditioning disk over the surfaces to clean up all my markings I make on them.
Pics (I highly recommend the fel-pro intake/exhaust gasket which is $3.99 at autozone and I've never seen one blow out)-
