Well if you want easy, you just have to wait 20 years for nanobots in a spray can that you just hose in the intake... where they'll port everything and gap your plugs.... but we'll all be running a Mr Fusion by then anyway.

Really looking forward to getting my mits on one of these, as I'm sure a lot of you are.

Well don't leave it too long or we'll be reading "Mild steel prototype fell apart from rust when removed please stand by while another prototype is made and 60,000 mile tested..."

The mild steel prototype is currently setting in a box... the SS prototype is on the car and needs to come off to get jigged up, and the MS proto will go back on that car in the mean time.

The MS prototype was on my car when it was a 2.2L but after the 2.4L conversion in 2007, needed to put it the SS prototype on another local car, so the SS prototype is on Tommy's charger

Ok, so what's Tommy's problem? He's had the ss prototype for 2 months(going off of post #244)? I know I haven't been on here a long time & haven't paid my dos to the forum but it doesn't take that long to swap out manis.

I'm pretty sure it's on there to be tested? I think having it on there for a season to see how it holds up is a good idea personally.

This is true, but the quote below suggests that testing is over and it's time for production of the part. Unless I mistook it. If so I am sorry.

    Really? Nice attitude...

There was a change of plans. Didn't get time to swap headers before SDAC-22 so we left it on the car for more testing.

3 years since this thread was started. Not durable enough yet?

LOL... not neccesarily durability testing, actually looking for some performace testing as the car has had the header on it since before SDAC-21 and due to many issues (data logging, crappy shifter cables, etc) it has yet to make consistant clean passes.

Add to that the limited time available to work on it, etc... yep, sorry it is taking a while everyone.

I don't have an attitude. I'm just wondering what's up with product is all. You've been saying its going to fabrication for awhile. I just wanted to know what the hold up was. Maybe i should of chosen my words a little wiser, so that I wouldn't offend anyone. If your doing more testing, that's fine. Just let everyone know is all.

Just throw in the occasional smiley to show your tone. It could have been read with attitude
