Snapped this pic of a 2009 PT Cruiser at the Philly Auto Show.
Cool wheels, eh?
I am not sure if the Turbo is available in any form anymore, but this one was not a turbo.

when I was looking at newer cars I was looking at 2005 and 2006 pt cruiser GTs. They are pretty sweet. I think the 06 has 260hp stock. I am not sure how much hp the stage 1 cal bumps it up to but I would have gotten one if I hadn't gotten such a sweet deal on the audi.
my bad... looks like i got my numbers wrong. stg1 kit bumps it up to 260 ft/lbs and 235 hp
Still I think with those numbers you would have one bad machine!!!
oh that looks sweet are they going to sell them with those?
I would assume so. They had Chrysler center caps on them. All the cars at the Philly auto show, with exception to some of the concepts or pre-production models are supplied by the philly-area dealers. This car had a window sticker on it, so it was plucked from a dealer lot. It also had had a pretty nifty color scheme that you cannot see in the pic. It had a black roof, and rear spoiler. Really nice contrast.

i can see the black roof and wing
but that is sweet that there bring those rims back for this last year
The turbo is gone for 2009 along with the convertible. I like the SRT4 wheels on the PT, never thought about that combo.
You know I'm down for the SRT wheels but on the PT, the wheels/tires look a little small.
If you want an '09 PT... get one quick, production ends, no 2010
