Why no title? cant sell a car with out one O_o
and be damned if you dont get in a heap of trouble if you get caught driving it. trust me, i know from personal experience.
It doesnt have a title becuase I didnt get one when I bought it.

not every state requires a title just to let those who think so that its not always the case.
The title could be had for it in ohio by filing for a replacment title, it takes a little bit of time and titled owner who doesnt suddenly say "no i didnt sell that" so he can get it back and resell it, 5 years after he first sold it.
