    Best Way to Remove PS Pump Hard Lines?

    Well I am trying to remove my power steering pump and am now caught up. Do you guys have any good tops for removing the hard lines on the P/S pump on my LEbaron? I already need new one's... but I still can remove it. Let me know.

    18mm stubby wrench and pray that they aren't on that tightly...

    If you have the axles out it might be worth dropping the rack if they get stubborn.

    Buy a quality 18MM CROWSFOOT.

    I use a 18mm (some aftermarket lines are SAE) regular Craftsman wrench. Just have to get it in there correctly.

    line wrenches so you get as much grip as possible

    I agree if you can get them in there. Line wrenches are 6pt and the work area is very tight so they might or might not work.

    Make sure to spray the heck out of the area with penetrating oil a few times for a couple of days before you attack it.
