Need to sell my 88 Chrysler Lebaron GTS sedan Intercooler turbo car.
Car is blue exterior and blue leather interior, sedan hatchback,
automatic tranny with shift kit
2.2 TI turbo motor with radiator and intercooled set-up added
stock computer in it - not chipped
g-valve in line to keep boost below 14psi
power windows, power locks, power driver’s seat
power steering, power brakes, tilt, cruise, air
digital dash, digital 12 button trip computer
overhead console with digital temp, am/fm radio stock radio
new rear air shocks, new water pump
new fuel lines and fuel filter + clamps on pretty much all hose connections
new tranny cooler lines and heater hoses,
new 180 thermostat + new 195 not installed
new timing, power steering, alt and air conditions belts
new upgraded plugs, upgraded wires and cap
summit boost gage and generic a/f meter mounted in a 2 pod gage holder
89K original miles, has newish brakes, newish front tires
this past summer the motor pulled/replaced/cleaned and re-gasket and put in recently – around 40-50K on replaced motor – good pressure and no oil burn or other issues – solid - has the plug in the block to hold the pressure
head on car is a rebuilt head with I think less than 5k on it if I am correct
Mits turbo with little to no play, no leaks, factory lines
Has larger 52mm throttle body, ported intake and 2.5" swingate and 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust from FWD performance
Also have the motor that was in it to go with the car if you want to rebuild or build it up to put in later. The rods bearings took a dump on it and I got a decent mileage replacement motor and put it in.
Car has stock 14" rims with hub-caps but I will throw in a set of 15" neon aluminum rims with no tires with the package.
Car has normal 80's Chrysler paint issues - peeling but not rusting or rotting but is solid and very little rust at all on the car - rust proofed underneath. I cleaned up any external rust exposed with rust inhibitor before the fall. Interior in good/decent condition but headliner is pinned up right now.
All options work and function including air and cruise. Car runs good and goes down the road nice.
Will sell the car outright for $1550 with everything listed (car, extra motor - parts and rims) - lots of time and new parts into the car.
Time to move on and sell or get something different for the girlfriend and twins coming - need to buy something bigger.
I have about $3000+ with parts, car and time of mine and friends. Wont give the car away - sorry.
