    Annoying Stutter and hesitation!

Im having a problem with my car bucking and hesitating when getting into the throttle. It seems that when cruising if I try and give it gas it bucks and hesitates until it starts boosting and then the car will take off... The car has always had this problem. There are no codes.

    Car/setup:
    shelby charger
    87 T2 electronics
    custom 2.5L computer
    intercooled

If anyone has ideas on what is making the car do this please let me know!

    Thanks

I would say its a cal issue. Who did the calibration.

What is the AF guage doing when this happens?

+20 injectors... Cal is from shelgame and I have another chip from aries_turbo that I havent tried yet...

No A/F gauge... Saving for a wideband

No offense but your pretty dumb for driving it around with no form of AF guage. I would honestly disconnect the wastegate so no boost or park it.

or, if you have a volt meter you can use it. if not, im sure you could find a cheap one to use till you get a wideband.
hard to tell where those symptoms are coming from without an o2 reading to narrow it down.

Why is it so stupid to drive around without one? Im not running huge amounts of boost, just 12 psi on a conservative cal with new injectors and fuel pump!

Aren't you the guy thats melted down a few motors and your dad has been pretty pissed off?

You are running a 2.5 cal thats custom made for your car, you have NO idea whats going on. You can melt a motor running 5 psi, that isn't the point.

A voltmeter works but my previous statement stands.

Unless we are going on assumptions here I don't see where the displacement has been talked about? Is the car still a 2.2 or is it a 2.5?

+20's at stock pressure? Is the cal scaled to use the +20's? It sounds rich by your description.

Ya its +20's at stock pressure. The cal was scaled for a 2.5 and the +20's... Would being overly rich cause it to hesitate and jerk so much? Maybe I just need to drive it more?

...or take it really easy until you get a wb or at least an a/f meter installed like simon said

Ya thats exactly what I was thinking... Ok back on topic.. What could be causing the hesitation/stuttering condition when getting into the throttle?

You could be lean, rich, hard to say but I would say lean, give it some more fuel pressure and see what happens.

what i want to know is the map volts when measured at the pic at the logic module connector.

    -Key on, Engine off.
    -when idling.

-measure your tps volts with the key on and the engine off as well. center terminal.
