Thanks Alan. It's more like 4,500 sq ft. It's in Fairfield. The big garage actually fits four as it has a tandem area near the back door, and you can squeeze three side-by-side (I checked with a rental Avenger lol). The room above the garage is actually a master retreat, connected to the master bedroom via master bath (the walk-in closet has a window lol). Total master area-1,300 sq ft. What city, inlaws are in Brentwood, looks like their neighborhood kinda. 4 cars in the drive, 2 in the garage and I'm thinking knock a hole in that back garage wall, add a roll up door and instant back yard parking. On topic, I get the car in two days. The seller has been in constant touch with me-it's just that both our current schedules are busy but we're communicating through e-mails and he's sent me pics. I'll post pics in the TIII are when I get it Saturday.
