Good news is I may be offered a job next week. Bad news is it's in the Middle East so I simply will not have time to play with this car any longer. Like my fellow TD-ers, I have put a lot of money into the car and have no expectations to get back what I put into it.
1992 Shadow ES Vert -- Auto, 101K miles.
Good:
**Super clean inside and out. NO rips, tears on cloth. No cracks in dash. MINIMAL rust on underbody. Paint is nice. Some oxidation (minimal on fenders) but it can be easily removed with soapy water and Meguires 1500 or 2000 paper
**New convertible top
**VNT rad and IC
**NEW 3" Exhaust
**8.5mm Magnacore wires.
**NGK Irridiums
**NEW headlamps and foglights
**WORKING power windows and power locks
**Turbo XS BOV (not the one in the pic (that one belongs to a buddy but I have an equally nice one that goes with car)
**FWD Stage 3 computer
**Matching spoiler
**Many stainless lines
**NEW tranny (not sure which one the PO installed but I have the $1200 receipt)
**NEW water pump
**NEW wheel bearings
**CAI
**NEW tranny oil cooler
**NEW tires
**NEW T-sta
**New battery
**New fuel filter
BAD
**Blown head gasket
**Could use a nice set of struts or coil-overs
**Small rust spot on hood (covered by bra)
I have a lot of paperwork, receipts, etc. for the car. If you have the time to swap a head gasket, you'll have some fun with this one.
Because of the blown gasket, there's the usual white smoke from the coolant, however, there are no other leaks on the car. Turbo boosts / spools perfectly. New top looks great and opens and closes as it should. Electrical system works perfectly. Heater, blower motor, fans work correctly. Not sure about the air. Never needed to use it in Michigan with the top down. Some of the spots you can see in some of the pics were from a leaky fuel hose. That hose was repaired and clamped correctly.

Here are some pics (sorry about the quality. It's close to zero-degress here and I can't shine her up today):
