A568 Shifter Cable Removal

I'm getting so sick of this car. Can someone tell me how the shifter cables come off got the clutch cable off that was easy enough then I got the two clips off the shifter cables but that didn't seem to really accomplish much...someone just come buy this POS I'm sick of looking at it Breaks my heart looking at my college tuition $$ sitting there being useless.

if you got the clips off, you just need to pop off the bushings and the cables will come right off.

I use a small pry bar to remove the clips and pop the bushing off the pin. found using a pry bar was less likely to break the cable end off and easier to control movement & force applied vs using a screw driver or channel locks
