Did you measure it? Looks like a 52mm to me. What year minivan?

haha didn't even look at the pics. That's a 52 for sure. 58's are molded differently at the vacuum ports.
Make sure to measure TB's at the intake manifold side. The air inlet side measures 58mm on a 52mm TB (measured at the intake manifold side)
