    Re: Cleaning out some stuff............

Fit perfectly and held boost perfect for me. My car wouldn't boost past 20lbs and I couldn't figure out why. Finally, I pulled the turbo and found that the thrust bearing was done. I had a clogged cat from when my stock turbo failed and spilled quarts of oil in the cat. I thought it would just burn off(it did smoke!)but it ended up clogging the cat and the backpressure @ 25psi killed the bearings.

The comp wheel started rubbing the housing and thats why I couldn't go over 20psi. My turbo rebuiler told me to just let him rebuild it and it should boost fine. I ended up going Holset and I figured I would rebuild this and maybe run it on my Shadow but, now it's up for sale.

Its a stage III turbine so unless your 8 valve is ported, then its not a good match for a street car.

    Re: Cleaning out some stuff............

    need to have a pow-wow.

i got a box in the mail yesterday, the only thing I was expecting was the DP/WG since wife has me on lockdown of buying stuff.... box looked a little odd shaped for a DP/WG..

well I got a turbo... did someone get my WG/DP..
how can we resolve this folks?
