The SC build - which turbo?

Quick recap: building the SC to hopefully debut at SDAC in June.

Car will be for dragstrip use, but still be street legal, so no filling the block, no water-air coolers, etc. etc. We are most concerned with low ET and not concerned with how it PERFORMS on the street, only that it can be cruised around town.

Engine is a 2.5 and will have a 1st gen Neon DOHC head.

Most likely will be an automatic transmission.

As I'm gathering parts, I realize that I may have to pick the turbo now so that I can fabricate the header and still have it fit in the car.

I'm just looking for OPTIONS here. I'll compile the options and make a poll for the final decision. No need to debate the pros and cons of any particular turbo here, just give me specific ideas on turbos that would work.

EDIT: Please keep it under $2k and preferrably under $1.5k Let's avoid any turbo I would need to mortgage the house to purchase.

Stock 2.5 CB crank and rods (reconditioned). JE pistons. ARP everywhere. As fast as possible. I'll set a very high bar at 10.80's. Will I reach the bar? Who knows.

I would go with a hybrid turbo. Get some feedback from people on what works for them, use the turbo calculator, and call it a day.

The fun of this build for me is asking the boards opinion on every step of the way! Sure, I could research and build what I THINK is ideal, but instead I have decided to build what the board votes for!

T3/T4 Super50 trim should easily meet your goal and maintain street drivability.

You know, back to back means you can't change 10 things at once.

I've got all the goodies I want, so this will be a true back to back, I can easily swap the compressor wheel and retest. It won't be the same day but nothing else will change,
