    Silicone cooling hose

    Looking for a source to purchase a chunk of red, 5/8" hi-temp silicone coolant line.

    I need a new piece (OEM 'red' in color), about 4-feet in length. It's for the lower coolant return line on a TII motor. I haven't been able to find a good source for it.

    They do, color depends on size. I think 5/8 is blue.

    Is 5/8 the size of the turbo oil drain? If so, that is red.

    Could be red, could be blue, could be green.

    I hae 5/8 inch silicone hose in all those color.

    5/8 inch SILICONE heater core hose... they aren't that many mistake to be made.

    perfect, that's what I got, thanks! You'd be surprised by some of those counter jockies. I once had one tell me that a car wouldn't go into closed loop with a 180* thermostat

    feed off the back of the block to the turbo is 3/8 if that is the one you are referring to.

    is that red stuff in the picture really silicone? i have some of that kicking around the house and it sure doesnt feel like silicone.

    I get mine from mcmaster.com
