I'm needing to replace the rockers on my 1992 Lebaron GTC (typical rust), so I need to know if the last version of the Lebaron (1993 & newer - the ones that do NOT have the hidden headlights) share the same rockers as mine.
The yard says the doors are different, so we're unsure about the rockers. Does someone here know for certain?
In the parts catalog the p/n for the "front" section is different in 94 vs 92
the "rear" section is the same p/n for 92 & 94. but the catalog doesnt show where the break is between front vs rear is.
I would ventire a guess that any thing between 93-95 will work sheet metal wise. it wouldn't shock me at all to discover that you could use the 1/4's and rockers from one as old as 1987. i say this becuase i know for a fact that 87-93 daytona share 1/4's, and the j and g bodys have similar frames.
I bet its the same from 87 to 95 and if there is a change it will be very minor.

the only thing of hand that could be different would be the vent below the door striker. the older cars didnt have one - the newer cars do. not hard to add it.
As far as a visual inspection I can't see a difference between the two despite the vent that Rich is talking about. However, you might still be able to get them new.
I agree that the rockers should not have changed, and the doors should be interchangeable from 90-95, not only 93-95.
