I've got a couple input shafts that look just like that from C4's.

My 413 has the 904 input shaft (alloy) but has yet to be run (still collecting parts... ). Not sure if one is available in the std OEM size.

Yes that was the polished and heat treated shaft. broke in a different spot at least!

Finally got the trans apart. Ordered a new input shaft 300m 904/413 and sending converter out to be fitted with a 904 hub..I hope.

so have you been holding anything back on your launches?

well I was progressively getting more aggressive but it still hasn't overpowered the brakes and I still haven't use the trans brake on a good launch. Also looking over the data recordings I was only launching it at 14 psi.

I have my input shaft. Converter is out getting fitted, I also have a brace welded in the case...bought myself a tig welder for xmas....I have one set of 3.05-1 ring and pinion but its the earlier one so I'm hoping tomorrow to get a solid pinion gear. Then the trans goes back in woot!!
