I believe the proper torque sequence for head bolts is 45, 65, 65, +1/4 turn.
guys are talking about head studs when they are mentioning just torquing to 85ft.lbs. Although some like to set their torque wrenches to 90ft.lbs. and like to hear it click there when doing the +1/4 turn. I just do the 1/4 turn and call it a day.

Do you know the proper seqence to torque the bolts also? Start from the middle and work your way out basically, but just making sure you know.
