cool now i just need to know what the reading on my gauge should be...maybe by tuning it right it'll get rid of some of the smoke and help out with the idle

as simon said i tried to aim for 11.5, you could be go higher actually but 11.5 is a good safe point. I always ran 93oct too, but am now running e85

heres the thing...mine doesnt give out that form of reading as an out put.

instead it gives out lambda wich is 0.68 lambda(0V) - 1.36 lambda (5V)...1.0 lambda is stoich

Ok, my lamda was .75 at 10.8 af ratio. So I would figure you want around .80

What PLX WBO2 do you have? I have two different models and I am able to get both of them to read in AFR or lambda.

    Re: need help tuning!

you can tune in Lambda or A/F, all it is is this: 1 Lambda = 14.7(as long as its set for gasoline)

    so 11.5 A/F = 11.5/14.7 = .7823 Lambda

    or say .75 Lambda = .75 x 14.7 = 11.025 A/F

That is an excellent point. I know it is just a lot easier for most of us to get the readout in AFR.

My car actually lost power on 11.ish versus pig rich 10 on the dyno. But the dyno was reading leaner a/f than my wideband does- I am running a cat. My fuel pressure is set at 40psi w/+40s and s5 cal from Cindy.
