In looking out on the wonderfull warehouse called Ebay, I noticed that these diodes are avaliable in: 4.7V @ .5 watt, and 4.7V @ 1 watt.
Which should I use for fooling the PCM, or does it not really matter?

Mopar Performance computers need the 4.7V, 1 watt diode. Stock computers need the 4.3V, 1 watt diode.Originally Posted by TrrboJeep
yeah if you only use the 0.5watt diode it might burn up. Thats what I used at first and it didn't last very long at all before it stopped working. Also I would suggest getting one of the adjustable ones so you can dial in whatever voltage you need. I was able to make one up for only $5 in parts from radio shack. Check out this site on how to make it.

Cool, thanks for the link. I actually got a 4.3V and a 4.7V both are 1 watt, so I should be all set. Jdawg, if you already put one in the mail thanks. If you haven't yet, don't bother, as I've got a couple on the way.
I forgot, my bad, If you need some sometime lmk, I have like 30 or so, 4.7's
No problem... thanks for the offer!Originally Posted by JDAWG
