    3/8 fuel line

OKay, whats the best way to go about making this.....rent a crappy bender from autozone and then get some 3/8" line??????

Im using the 5/16" for the return line. The car is stripped down so I dont want to have to do all this again.

Will using the bender cut down on the radius of the fuel line pretty bad?.......and are the stock lines bent the same way?

get some soft aluminum tubing and bend it by hand. Thats the easy way to do it.

ORRRRRRRRRRRRRRR do what I did on my old truck. Go to an industrial supply house and get some 3/8" SS braided teflon line. Its good for fuel, and way more pressure than you will ever run. It doesn't take sharp bends, but it sure is easy to route!

harbor freight has a fairly nice small tubing bender for about 6 bucks.

Yeah I would use the soft aluminum fuel line to. It is so easy to use and you'll be done before you know it. My first choice would be to use ss tubing and braid but that really adds up fast. Check to see how many psi the aluminum can handle but I remember it being well over 100psi.

I just change the fuel pump to a walbro and fuel pump outlet is 5/16... What's the point of using 3/8 after that? You're still be restricting the fuel unless you change out the fuel pump for something else as well...
