    Talking 12 Second Omni YAY!!

    Alright I have to make a new thread for this. Here is my thread leading up to this.. http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=27179

    Anyway, I decided to take the Omni up to the track again. The only thing I changed was my slick pressure

    You could get a 12.4 or 12.5 with the # i see,looks like your shift from 2nd to 3rd might be to soon or late.

    I have MH's 23X7.5X15 and lowered the pressure to 12.5 psi.... I came out at 5000 and still burnt but I managed a 1.8....

    Very possible, Im not the greatest of driver....My dad always gets on me for shifting to soon lol I know with a little better launch I could see 12.4..12.5

    I have been running 10psi or less.

    Do you have a 0-15psi gauge so you can get accurate slick pressure readings?

    I found other devices suck for that pressure range.

    and, its a very nicely prepared car also, glad to see another very fast omni that isnt all hacked up.

    Just for reference, at Norwalk the other day I had my slicks at 14#-15# and they bite well.
