NEW denso alternators, source ?

I've searched high & low but I'm not finding anything promising. can you still buy new genuine denso alternators for these cars anywhere ? 90 or 120 amp chrysler p/n 5234031 or 12100-3380 model

mine lasted until 219k before needing rebuilding but due to my stupidity got dropped while being removed. took a hard hit and screwed the case & internals up. ordered one online saying it was a denso but it was just a chinese look alike . been installed since last fall but I'm not terribly impressed with the quality or performance

have the factory original as a core but have no interest in dealing with a rebuilt unit the local stores sell

need one for a 94. and those say 88-89 only are they compatable ?

2.2/2.5's alternators are all interchangeable.

They are all the same and in fact, will fit V8's, V6's, and a host of other dodge products. The only warning is some of the newer models have a different internal reg setup.

I can get Geniune Denso Alternators.

New one is about 6 week wait $480.00 plus shipping 121000-3380
Reman from Denso is about 1 week wait $290.00 plus shipping JN210-0127

I know this is an old thread, but I recently bought a new Denso 120 amp from Rock Auto for $127. It was listed as a Denso reman, but this thing was 100% new. The Chinese copy I bought for a fair price only lasted about 200 miles before the windings shorted.

The units I sell are not from China, and carry a 2 year warranty

I was quite surprised as well, but when I opened the box there was no mistaking the fact that this was a brand new alternator, and it is a genuine Denso.
