Turbo Minivan with many new parts, $1200 OBO.

Well the time has come for me to finally sell my Turbo Minivan. It has been a fun couple years but I've moved on to newer and lighter cars. (bought me a 98 Neon that will soon be turboed) So now hopefully someone can get some good use out of the old girl and maybe give her some TLC. She has 123,*** miles on her but she still runs strong.

Here is a list of parts I've replaced in the last year or so.

    - New front rotors (drilled)
    - New front brake pads
    - New drivers side brake caliper
    - New steel brake lines in the rear section and new steel line on drivers side.
    - New brake drums
    - New brake shoes including all hardware
    - New themostat (180 degree with the tiny hole mod)
    - New upper and lower radiator hoses
    - New radiator cap
    - New head including everything in it and all the gaskets
    - New ignition componants including plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil
    - New timing belt
    - New Walbro 255 fuel pump
    - New fuel filter

    Modifications done
    - Added Saab 900 intercooler in front
    - Custom made intercooler piping for intercooler
    - Turbo XS RFL BOV
    - Custom made duel stage boost controller with toggle swith on overhead consol
    - Turbo XS and G Valve for boost controllers
    - Custom made intake piping with K&N intake
    - Walbro 255 fuel pump
    - Radiator fan toggle switch
    - Autometer boost gauge and Temp. gauge
    - 15% tint all around (yes even on the factory smoked back windows)

Other info for you guys. It has 2 good tires and 2 decent tires. It runs and drives good and stops nicely.

    The BAD
    - Rust in the usual spots and is only getting worse
    - Suspension is (as far as I know) just as old as the van and it shows. It rides alright but has massive amount of body roll. It makes a clunk up front over bumps (not sure if it is the struts, control arms, or stabilizer bar)
    - Along with the suspension the bushings are probably just as old too so those are on their way out also.
    - Has an exhaust leak but isn't too loud. I've drove it over 2 years like that.
    - Leaks some oil and coolant. Not much though. Not sure where from.
    - Saggy headliner in some spots.
    - I've never delt with emissions stuff like some people do so I have no idea if it will pass. I've never removed or modified anything with the emissions on the vehicle though.

This is all I can think of now but if something else comes to mind that you guys should need to know, then I will let you guys know. NOW FOR THE PICTURES!

BTW: Everything you see in the pictures is included in the sale.

    Asking $1200 OBO

    BUMP

If you guys don't think it's worth $1700 then make me an offer. Believe me I won't be offended. If I think it's too low then maybe we can work something out. I am flexable.

UPDATE: I did some searching for what the klunk was up front and it ended up being the passenger side caliper wasn't working as well as it should and wasn't keeping tension between the pads and the piston of the caliper. So it was just ratteling around every time I hit a bump. So I replaced the passenger front caliper and it is nice and quiet now.

Hey I said for anyone who is interested to make an offer and I will not be offended. Yet still nothing. Looks like selling this is going to take forever at this rate.

I'd love a turbovan but the distance is too much.
I'm even willing to pay the 1200. Anyone closer?

Right under the turbo-mopar.com banner at the top of the page there is a 'Quick links' button, click the little arrow next to it and click 'edit your details' in the middle of the drop down menu. Theres a spot to put your location there so that it shows up next to your username whenever you make a post.

Or you could keep it to yourself and only tell people when you think they need to know.

hi i have been looking at buying a turbo van or modifying my own for quite some time now. i was wondering if maybe a payment plan or trade for a similar van would be acceptable. i am a high school student that is looking at going into the automotive field and need a vehicle to work on and learn with while being able to drive it daily. i live just north of milwaukee WI and would have to plan a trip out by you to look at it and convince my parents to let me buy it. just thought i should let you know and would like to keep in touch.
