I ordered my stuff last thursday or friday. I asked for it to be (and paid the extra $13 for) 3 day shipping. You sent it out today, ground shipping. I won't be getting it until next week. Why is this?

I believe the extra charge is for the shipping part to get quick, not the shipping out part....
