    Testing 86 Map sensor

I was testing the map on my "S" and just want to verify my findings.
    1) KOEO-using a voltmeter I find close to 2.25V when I check between both black & white and red & white.
    2) still KOEO-connect vacuum pump and see map voltage drop, as I pull vacuum, while monitoring black & white wires.
    3) still KOEO-see map voltage go up, as I pull vacuum, on red & white wires.

Is this how the map is supposed to work on the early LM cars? Thanks for any help.

    AFAIK yes.
You really just need to watch the black and white wires.

Ok, thanks. After I got the lack of vacuum to the map sensor taken care of, I now seem to have a problem with #3 & #4 cylinders.
