I could use one of those!
Shop has had just part of one wall not insulated. Decided to finally finish it this week. Started it and go this far yesterday. Did more today but forgot to take a photo. Also making a big mess in the shop.

Liftmaster 8500? I installed one of those in my shed and have a second to install on another door. I may end up with 4 of them eventually. They're so much easier to install. Took the most time running the power from the breaker box. I have to get the overhead door company back because when they installed the drums they mounted them to far in and when the door gets all the way up the cable rubs on the side of the door tripping the cable switch because it bounces. Sucks because they are going to have to unwind the springs on all 4 doors to move the drum.
Yes. The only lift that would work with the way my door raises way above...so it won't hit the car on the lift.

Pained, 45" of grey metal topped by red metal trim.
Also built a rack to hold shorter metal tubing and steel pieces.

Amazingly cool project! Maybe one day I do something similar on a slightly smaller scale. I'd never be in my house.
In the winter when its raining it is such a blessing to have a shop.
When its nice out, with the doors and windows open its also a joy.
But then, thats when neighbors always stop to see what I am up to now.

Bought windows years ago, just never installed them.
Now finally installed today.
These are located on the 2nd story.
Now in the summer I can get a breeze and cool off the up stairs....where my shelves of parts are and shipping area is.
