    Mystery injectors ?

    Ok guyz: Todays question is.
What do these injectors fit,or belong to?
I can't find them on the " Stan Weiss" index
    PT #4418335, blue /green tower,2 clip grooves!
I used them on my TII conversion / 87 LM # 171. Tuning has been "problematic"
The motor runs fine up to 5psi, then goes way rich!( like old lawnmower rich). Worst when the motor is hot.
Changed all the sensors. 55psi fuel press/static. Tried a different LM yesterday. Still rich .These are the only thing left in the fuel system.

PS The winner gets an old bottl-o-beer I found in the back of the fridge.

Both of the charts referenced in those posts refer to them as "unknown"?
They do have a Chrysler "penstar" on them.
Are they a superceded # perhaps?
The 2 clip grooves suggests "1 size" replacement?

Frank seems to know. I "think" it's our admin here before he deviated...

    http://www.turbododge.com/forums/f4/...-injector.html

They look like they are T1's based on what I've read so far, but here is what they other people are rating the flow at based on where it was originally sourced(OEM location- T1 pre-88):

Other than that... you may be SOL. I looked all over the net.

    Re: Mystery injectors ?

I got that they are BOSCH 0280150819 rated 248cc/min at 3bar (which according to my conversion works out at just under 24lb/hr) and were found in '88 Turbo 1 LeBaron coupes.

My theory would be that they are undersized for what you need and go full duty cycle to try and keep up, so you get a jump from 80% to 100%. However, interested that a 24lb/hr low impedance injector turned up 'coz it sounds like a good upgrade for a 3.0, 27lb or 30lb always seemed a bit too much to me. I would also hazard a guess they might have been used with auto transmissions with the torque limited cal... but that's just a guess.

I know you got some spares, but I do have a set of the flex fuel injectors if you are interested. Suposed to be like +15% over stock.
