    hard vac lines (pics)

i posted about them before, but here are the pics.
i used a 4 port vac block from my work with fittings, all teflon taped and also got some stainless steel tubing from work, they were all candy cane shaped and had flanges on both ends. i bent them as needed and didnt have to cut any. i used rubber vac line only as connectors, with exception of the afpr, and zip tied everything.

even used it for my pcv tubing and threw a $9 spectre filter on the end.

holy map sensors batman!! i have the factory 2 bar and a 3 bar that came with my electric autometer gauge, it is the 0-5v just like the gm's. i scored it new off of ebay for $55 with the gauge

wont baloon or collapse. should last for ever, i could buy 1 foot of rubber and redo all my connectors.
    what do you guys think?

Seeing those at SDAC was pretty neat. I know you said that you were pretty rushed when you put parts of it together, which I thought was pretty impressive since it looked nice.

I guess I didn't really have a chance to look at your car other than the motor mount. One other guy did the hard lines on his car but I can not remember who it was. It was on a fresh engine build I do remember. I don't know what he used to connect to the components though. Anyway looks good.

by the time i got home, that pass motor mount frame was bent back so far i had to pry it back forward some just to get a socket on the rear bolt to get it off!! it was shaped like a house that suffered from katrina!!

    made a few minor changes:
re-bent the wastegate, pcv and bov hard lines a little neater and swapped the talon bov for a RFL.
also turned the k&n cone down towards the ground, its nestled on the bottom of the ic just above of the shift fork arm.

and i just ordered a high performance (dual knob) turbo xs boost controller so i should have faster spool up and might be able to squeeze a few more psi out if it stays rich enough.

dont mind the ugly battery connection from the PO, i plan to get a shut off switch mounted upside down in there like jackson did on the 91' to clean up the wires.
