1987 Daytona Turbo Z

I found this locally and wanted to get a few opinions. This is a car that has been owned by the same family since new. It has less that 100k on it. No rust, it does have a oil leak, probably turbo,head or pan. New clutch and tires. It does pull to the right. It also has a fuel leak, back under the car. The only other problem is the drivers seat is stuck all the way back. They are asking $1500 for it. Help me out as to what you think it is worth.

Pics would definitely help us help you... is it a 5-speed intercooled car? If they are asking $1500 you can get for less?
