    85 GLH modified...Florida

Well guys, I never thought this day would come to sell the GLH. I just recently sold my Shelby Lancer and now it's time for my baby to go. Need money! Serious inquiries only. Up for grabs is my 1985 Dodge Omni GLH. I bought this L body off of ebay back in August 2005 planning on modifing it to the extreme. Well i got pretty far yet can't go anymore. First we'll start with a video that made me love this car even more. Most of you have seen this. Enjoy...

Now that was before we built the motor. The motor was built 200 miles ago. The car has barely been driven since I moved down here to florida. Here is what the car currently has from restoration to modifications.
-Blueprinted and balanced 2.2 SOHC 8 valve
    -T2 conversion with wiring
    -RT industries built block
    -8.1:1 low compression pistons
-Mopar heavy duty head gasket (copper coated)
-Refurbished 782 Casting swirl head with 3 angle valve job
    -Slider cam
    -Precision AFPR
-Walboro Grand National 255 fuel pump
-Stage 5 calibration (waiting to receive it back from Cindy over at FWDP)SOLD
    -FWDP lightweight crank pulley
    -A/C delete bracket
    -Turbonetics t3/t04b 50 trim with stage 3 wheel.(.63 comp, .48 exhaust)
    -Turbonetics wastegate actuator
    -Turbonetics 2.5 swingvalve
    -grainger valve(sold)
-2.5 downpipe with 3 inch custom side exhaust
-Treadstone front mount intercooler( it's the same as the Spearco dimensions, was $100 cheaper)SOLD
    -Turbo XS racing reversible BOV(sold)
-Forward motion MAX FLOW intake manifold
-Forward Motion 52 mm throttle body
    -Slightly ported t2 exhaust manifold
    -1986 Dist., cap, rotor
    -Sparco Racing hood pins
    -MSD Blaster 2 coil pack
    -86 GLHS radiator
    -battery relocation is in back
    -Turbos Unleashed thermostat housing
    -Shelby valve cover
-Polybushings solid motor mounts and bobble strut
    -Syclone high CFM cooling fan

    Drivetrain
    -a555 Tranny(from 89 shelby z)
-RPS 4 puck ceramic clutch with pressure plate
-1990 Dodge Omni automatic non equal length cv axles

    Suspension and Brakes
    -KYB rear struts
-1990 Daytona ES 11 inch rear disc conversion assembly with pan hard bar
    -Hawk racing pads

    Tires and Wheels
    -Front 205/50/15 BF Goodrich DR's
    -Rear 205/50/15 BF Goodrich G-Force KDW's
    -Stock pizza wheels

    Interior
    -Tom Motorsports Racing seats(reclinable)
-SRT Autometer 20 psi boost gauge
    -Autometer external Fuel pressure gauge
-Not included is the AEM wideband, you will get a regular Autometer A/F Gauge
    -Sunpro Tachometer

    Restoration
-Restored front wheel wells firewall and floorplan. Was heavily rusted like a flinstone moblie...lol
-Newer rust free hatch from 1990 Omni(still glossy)
-I have rust free driver and passenger side doors, just haven't put them on yet.
    -New clutch pedal assembly
-New fuel lines with fuel filter
-New rear right hard line from caliber
    -New windshield
    -new water pump
    -new alternator

Now this car is still a project. Being that I just sold my Lancer, I did take parts off the GLH to put on the lancer. So in order for this car to run, you need a 3 bar map sensor, intercooler piping, battery, fuel rail for a one-piece intake manifold, +40 super 60 injectors.
Things you need to do to make this car run effeciently. The front right caliber is rubbing against the rotor. You need to fabricate and weld the pan hard bar on to the rear assembly so when you take a turn you don't have to worry about losing it into a turn. I am getting a code 43 which is ignition coil failure. Being that it is a fairly new MSD coil. I think it might be something in the wiring. I did take out the wiring harness and cleaned it up a bit. The car started right up though, even with that code, when I had all the parts on. The turbo exhaust seal has a leak which needs to be replaced. I did a compression test on the motor and it read 140 across the board. Motor is flawless. And 2 of the BF's have a very slow leak, don't know why. It usually takes 1 month until they go flat. The right rear wheel has a small dent on the inside of the wheel. There is alot of surface rust on the car, but that's nothing a good body shop can't fix. The only parts that need good care is the driver side rear quarter panel, and inside, in the back, there is a hole so you can see the left rear wheel.

In a nutshell, I'm asking 1,800 firm. If you are looking for an exceptional project that doesn't need much to be in the 11's, this GLH is for you. It brings tears to my eyes getting rid of her. I just have no time or money. I have a 2 year old daughter and times are a little rough. So give the car a good home.
I WILL NOT PART OUT. Don't have time. Roughly 7 thousand dollers has been invested into this car. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask. My cell is 201-926-3319. The name is Chris and I live in Orlando Florida.

Well the intercooler is being sold seperatly. BUMP new offer is $1200. The motor alone is worth that much. I have no choice but to sell her!

Letting this thing go for $1100 is a crime. Pick up a second job or something, and keep the car.

    /end life wisdom

Seriously though, what a fcking steal of a deal. The engine/turbo alone is worth more than the original asking price.

Have a potential buyer from Louisiana for the $1100. Just thought I would post one last time before it is confirmed that it is sold. Who ever grabs this GLH is getting one hell of a deal...

Damn if you were closer or if it was in the winter when I had nothing to do I'd buy this in a heart beat, might if it falls through.

Not parting it out. Just sold some stuff to get a little cash. Right now it is sold as is. 1100 freakin dollars is a steal. I can't believe it hasn't sold yet
