LSD options for a 568 and how to?

i cant remember what the options are for a 568 and what has to be done. i have a phantom grip but i would like to go obx or quaife? can somebody point me to some pics are good links on installing one in? doesnt the obx have to me modded but the quaife drops in?

Quaife = drops in with minor machining the case, pressed in new bearings, and might have to shorten the shaft as well.

OBX = you need the A523 intermediate shaft and differential ring gear. Depends on the A523's Final ratio, you could end up with 3.5:1, 3.77:1, or 3.85:1 final gear ratio. You might or might not have to follow the Quaife steps
