LOL, just keep it together for another week

Not a big issue I don't think, but last night, after a launch, I couldn't get it into second. It shifted straight into forth. Now I can move the shifter all around like buttuh. Luckily I was close to home and manually shifted it (under the hood) into second and coasted home most of the way. Off to work now, going to check it out later...

sounds like a cable either popped off or broke. check the bushings under the shifter too. poly bushings?? if u dont snap them things on they will fall out. they are a pita to work with, but they make yoour car shift great lol


should be some guys from windsor coming too. john (csrt) and brad (csx) as well as myself.

I haven't looked at it yet. Been gone all day. Just got home. Last night it looked like the cables were on. No poly bushings but luckily I do have some in a box! I just popped it into a gear under the hood, under my cell phone light and started her up. Luckily it was a low one and drove it home.

i am new to this site and saw that some of you go to the bw3 once a month so i deceided to go up there last night, not knowing anybody i was looking for some turbo dodges in the parking lot but did'nt see any i figured it was because of the weather, either way i would like to try it again and meet some people that are into turbo dodges, i just started getting into this hobby recently. Was anybody there last night? looking foward to meeting some people.

Yeah, we had about 8 folks show up (average). My white Daytona Shelby was in the first row north of the building, don't know how you missed it. There were a couple SRT4 Neons there (both white), and an SRT4 Caliber too. I think the rest drove generic cars. We were there from just before 5pm till about 10pm.

I'm a big guy (fat), balding with what hair I do have is cut very short. Craig is also big like me. While I am over 60, Craig is in his early 30's. We'll be back there July!

thanks for the response i saw the 2 srt neons next to the daytona ram but didnt see the shelby which is weird because i am building a white shelby daytona clone ( all shelby tII drive train) i was sitting at the bar in front of the mega touch game. i guess i know who to look for now its hard to introduce yourself to someone you dont know. i will try to make it to the next one andfind you guys.
