I just finished final mock up on the header. I'm using a .82 turbo housing with an external wastegate up top for easy maintenance so I have to modify an intake manifold too. Any turbo with the built-in wastegate should work or move the external underneath to use a stock intake manifold. It clears the power steering, brake booster and probably more room around the starter than stock. Next step is welding a bracket to the header turbo flange and bolting it to the head to support the weight and connecting the exhaust from the wastegate to the down pipe. Its down hill now.
Warren had a beauty of a header as well that's worth checking out.
any links to it?
Damn, that is some mad fab skills, this is my first attempt at a header and I just started learning to weld (oxy/acetylene, can't afford a tig)
