brake sensor brackets + sensor!!!!!

I'm in desperate need of brake lights. Im looking for the brake sensor brackets w/ sensor attached. Mine is mickey moused and doesn't hold up for more then a month and im getting frustrated. The bracket that pushes the button on the sensor is bent keeping my lights on at all times. And i don't want to go to the dealer .....Yikes!!!. And i lost the bolt that hold the sensor to the bracket. So i used a actual Bolt and i think it loosening up.

But please reasonable price please.
