So you have a lot of lag? Are you running the stage I (stock) exhaust wheel? The .48 housing is not ideal, but spool up should be less of a problem.

    i taste the engine compression in all piston was #1 50 #2 60 #3 80 # 4 80
i find all my pistons rings broken 3 pistons are bad the connecting roads are very bad so i rebuild my engine again im working on it i find broken gaskets like the exhaust and intake manifold i have like 3 bolts lost that goes on the exhaust manifold so the engine is very bad and then after that problems with the big turbo the can i think is not working good because the actuator road extension is very very tight and is close to the intake manifold and i think is not working good because thank you for your comments

Those compression numbers were from BEFORE you rebuilt the motor right? You replaced the manifold gasket and the missing nuts also right? The wastegate arm must not touch the intake manifold, close is OK but not touching. Can you slot (cut oval instead of round) the holes in the bracket to slide the can away from the manifold some? Rebuilt turbos sometimes have to be rotated or "clocked" a little bit so the wastegate and compressor outlet clear the manifold and head.
