if it is like a gsl392, they'll be 10mm.
I want to say they're 1/4 NPT. I don't remember for sure. I used a NPT to -6 AN on the outlet of mine (inlet is -8 to NPT from the fuel cell). I used a standard GM EFI filter (can't remember the number). It's like $15 at the parts store and it's a 10 micron filter. It uses special fittings though. Summit sells 3/8 AN to GM filter adapters just for this purpose. Though, I can't seem to find them @ Summit right now. They have a special name, too. I do have a pair on my car, so I know they exsist...
They are two different sizes. From what I just found it looks like they may be 18mm and 12mm.

Man I wish I could help but I have limited memory of doing this. It was about 10 years ago.
Here is what I can tell you.
They are metric.
They are oddball.
And they are a pain in the --- to find.
I had to special order mine from Earls.

not sure on that pump, but like stated the external Walbro is a M10x1.0 which is an odd size in itself AFAIK. Your best bet is take the pump with you to a shop that sells lots of -AN fittings and have them find you the right ones.
For the filter, I'm using one of these(think they raised the price $2
