Looking for some help on a pt cruiser

Looking for some descriptions and part numbers for my dad on his pt cruiser.

They are what I think and he thinks are body cushions of some sort on the front end of the car.

When he drives and goes over certain bumps you can hear what sounds like a slight bang and wobble - hard to describe but the "experts" at sears tells him that they are these mounts of up - rubber. I know and looked at all the other things it could be and it points kinda back to these mounts.

I do not know much on these and would appreciate any help in parts and time it would take to swap them.

My dad was going to let sears order the parts and fix it - I looked at him and told him he was nuts especially when he said it would take 3 hours for them to swap them out. Me and my brother work on cars all the time so we will be doing it for him.

    thanks

common problem on those cars is front sway bar bushings and control arm bushings. Not sure wtf they are talking about though.

That is what I thought in the back of my mind but I was unsure.

I just need to have him bring it over and get it off the ground.

Gotta remember that they are assuming people are stupid and not knowledgeable when the go in.

We got him new tires for it last year and the idots changed the alignment and screwed with a few other things and had to go back and fix it for free!

They said it was mandatory to do an alignment with new tires. Glad it was his car and not mine because I would have beat someones head in. That is why I do everythign I can myself and got to professionals - not sears to get things done I cant do.

Thanks for the info and I will look into it.
