Depends on what your goals are for the car, I'd say go with 72s for future plans of bigger turbo/more boost, and to keep the fuel pressure closer to stock levels.

The stock cal is pretty hot compared to an 8V, because 16Vs like lots of timing, but on E85 you can safely run even more timing than the stock cal has.
