Remove the door skin, remove the glass and unscrew the scraper. Removing the door skin, be sure to be careful when pulling it off as the skin is mostly cardboard and can tear/rip easily if the clips that hold it on get stuck. There is also a screw in the bottom corner of the door closest to the rear seats that needs to be removed. If you don't see it, then someone may have never put it back in.
The glass, you'll need to roll it up to a certain point where there are holes in the door skin to access each. Pretty sure it's a 10mm. Take those off the studs in the glass, lower it just a bit and pull it out. After that, there are like 6-8 screws holding the scraper on. If the black trim on your windows needs any touch-up or finishing, this would be a good time to do it as this part is also held on by the screws.
