    How rare might this be?

Looking into a 88 caravan that is a stick non-turbo no options and I believe ac and radio delete?

I am thinking of picking it up for a daily to save gas and the price is right also. Could be a nice custom later.

Its not a cargo van either - has all the windows and such and seats.

I have a 89 just like that. But mine has an after market radio. Seems to be pretty rare though. It doesn't get as good as gas mileage as you think, but I love mine! Check out my web page for picts.

25 to 30. I could almost get the same or better in my old t1 shadow 5 speed.

Cut off the body behind the front seats and remove the rest of the interior and you'll get 35 mpg...lol.
Just kidding....I'de love to get 25 mpg.

If i took the back seat and the 250lbs of tools out, I bet I could top 30mpg. But with kids and a job where I need the tools, the van is great. I have been a van convert ever since I bought a chevy work van 4yrs ago. Vans can do most stuff a truck can, and they keep your stuff dry and locked up!

Still have nto heard back on my connection on the van.

It is very clean and solid.

Sad thing is that if he does not sell it he was going to scrap it...

Hope to be in my drive soon - then I can put a decent system in one of my vehicles!
