By window guide, do you mean for the window to slide on as it goes up and down inside the door or the windows scraper thing that squeegee's the window when it goes down? Got pics?

yeah they keep the window straight as you roll up or down. they are small pieces of plastic. no, not the window scrapers

the little plastic things that go together with kinda like a rivet do hickey, wrap around the window, then it pops into the channel?

he's talking about the things that when they wear out thye make the windows fall all sideways on 2 door shadows.
