I am Selling a 1989 Dodge Daytona Shelby. I am sad to see it go but I have to. I bought the car in need of a lot of work, which I have done. When I bought the car, the car had 108,330 miles and bought on 10/27/2005. The car has been repainted Viper Blue Pearl. The engine and transmission have been completely gone through. It has all new front suspension and other new odds and ends listed below. The car currently has 122,765 miles. It runs and drives great for a 1989. All engine work was done approximately 7,000 miles ago. I have a lot of time and money invested in this car, as the pictures show. There are a lot of new parts in the car.

The following were replaced with new parts
As for the engine:
Mopar Performance Head gasket
Seal Power Cast Pistons and Rings
Block was decked; crank was machined along with new bearings and complete short block assembly done by Engine Rebuilders & Supply
Mopar Performance oil pump and pickup tube
Mildly ported 782 Head with new valve guides, guide seals, hydraulic lifters and cam seals.
Head was machined by Foreign Car/Engine rebuilders
Ported exhaust manifold
Ported intake manifold with 52mm Holly throttle body
New Freeze plugs
All new Gaskets and seals need to rebuild the engine
Rebuild Garrett A/R .48 turbo with parts from G-pop shop
Custom Front mount intercooler (FMIC)
Polished IC piping
Adjustable Blow Off valve
Adjustable manual boost controller inside car
Custom Air intake
As for transmission:
New bearings and seals, gears, synicros
Stage 2 LUK pressure plate, disk, and though out bearing
New transmission mount, Center and left engine mounts
New Old Stock radiator
New Old Stock computer (069)
MSD Blaster coil
New Walbro 255 in-tank fuel pump
Replaced belts, battery
As for suspension and brakes:
New front Mopar Performance struts with OEM springs
New Rear shocks
New CV axels
New Wheel bearings
New front brake lines
New front calipers
New ball joints
New Tie rods
Replaced brake pads all around
2.5” Cat back
New Catco catalytic converter
Stock 2.5” down pipe
2.5” polished muffler with dual tips
As for interior:
Stock Infinity radio with cassette
All new pioneer speakers except the front dash tweeters
Boost, Air to fuel and tach gauges on pillar
Wood grain accents
Upper councils with outside temp gauge and compass
Power locks, windows, and mirrors
Aftermarket alarm
As for Exterior:
Painted car Viper Blue pearl
Restored the stock 16” Pumper wheels
Rear hatch louvers
Good rear tires
Aftermarket fog lights
Silverstar headlights
I am including:
The complete AC system which I have removed since engine rebuild

Now the not so good:
The parking break snapped but was fixed, will need to be replaced
Driver side taillight has imperfections
Needs front tires but drivable
Small less than 1-inch rip in the shifter boot
Small cracks in interior pieces
Rear sun visor in trunk stopped working
Paint looks good from a distance but close up has imperfections
Small hole in driver seat
Outside Temp on upper council is erratic
Oil pressure gauge is sometimes erratic; Verified that oil pump is working via an external oil pressure gauge
