Factory call for 5w-30 engine oil.
Most use conventional, few use synthetic, even fewer use Redlile MTX.
You can use Synchromesh, engine oil, Redline MTX etc.

I like the way royal purple sycromax is formulated the best myself, but haven't been able to try it yet. The local supplier quit selling it before I could get some. If it was me I would use some of that.
Its not as thick as MTX and is specifically for cars that ran motor oil or ATF in their man. transaxle.
