    TBI Header with turbo flange

I am going to be selling a TBI Header with a turbo flange welded to it. The Header also comes with a 3 inch custom swing valve. They both have been ported by Matt aka Moparzrule from PA. Both have been media blasted and then painted in fireproof paint. The sale price is $350.00, and that includes both pieces. You will pay shipping.

    Thanks
    Chuck

I will verify that I ported these pieces and that they are well built/welded nice and strong.
Note that the TBI header is drilled and tapped for an EGT probe in the number 4 runner as well.
Chuck can you get any shots of the porting in the runners?

You'll need a custom swingvalve when running a TBI header. Plus, for the price of the header you are getting the swingvalve free anyway. To port this header and swingvalve I would charge $150, so if you want to look at it this way the header and swingvalve itself are only $200.

Thanks Matt for the plug. I will see if I can get some better pics and post them.

Re: TBI Header with turbo flange

    To anyone looking at this:

I've built and ran a TBI header before. It sounds easy... just weld a turbo flange on a TBI manifold. Well, it isn't that easy. The swingvalve needs heavy modification. You need to build a custom downpipe. You need to fab up an oil return to the pan. You need custom oil and coolant lines to the turbo.

Looks like the hard work is done here!!!

For the price and looking at the quality of the parts, this is a STEAL!!!!

Thanks for the plug, they are real nice pieces. Th reason I am selling them is I am going to go with a tubular header setup in the Mini Van instead of the TBI set up. I am NOT going to go any lower on the price. If no one wants to buy it at the $275 plus shipping price then I will just install on a different vehicle.

    Thanks Once Again

    Chuck:
    I have two simple questions:
    1. Do you know if this will provide enough clearance to mount a turbo in an L-body
    AND
    2. Are you saying this package includes a (3"?) downpipe?
    Thanks - Andy

I will tell you that it might clear in an L body but I have never had it mounted in any of my turbo vehicles. I originally bought it with the intentions of putting it on my Mini Van, but like I said; I am now going with a tubular header.

As for your second question I will take a picture of it with a tape measure and add it to my posts tonight when my wife gets home.

I will also make this statement if you buy this setup and you are not satisfied for any reason I will refund your money (minus the shipping fees in full).
I do not sell any junk and I am very honest.

    Thanks
    Chuck
